Stupidly designed trolley handle has no separate compartment. Hence when you pull up the trolley handle, all the contents of your bag main compartment are totally exposed. They can fall out or your contents can be dirtied. Also the bag is heavy.

Initial impressions – Solid build & very functional!

I was hesitant to purchase the product initially since there weren’t enough pictures to understand the space and dimension of the bag. Tried to contact Dell sales and it was such a horrible experience. Couldn’t talk to a support agent to get more info. Finally one person from the community vouched for the space in the bag and I decide to purchase it. Seems like Dell isn’t interested in promoting the product. Also, there is a no return policy for some reason on this bag unlike the other bags available on Amazon which seems odd. Only a 7 day replacement is offered.

The quality of the bag is excellent and the space available is ample. There are plenty of pockets and the main compartment of the bag opens up completely like a suitcase style bag. There are velcro straps on the side of the main compartment to hold it in place if you want to use it like a normal bag. There is a nice cushiony blind pocket which serves as a cushion for the back when the bag is carried on the back. The shoulder straps use metal hooks to attach to the side of the bag. As a roller bag, the shoulder straps can be tucked into the same blind pouch when not in use. The trolley handle is quite long and sturdy. It also completely retracts at the same time to fit into the bag and is concealed by a zipper. There are two pockets on the side for keeping bottles which can be zipped closed when not in use. The wheels can also be hidden with a retractable velcro sleeve under the bag. If that is done, it won’t even seem like a roller bag. Overall it’s an excellent product with premium quality materials being used. It’s a niche product that isn’t easily found for purchase.

The only issue with it was, the weight was listed as 2.3kg. But in my testing, the bag weighs closer to 3kg. If you plan to use this for travel and on flights as a carry on, I think this needs to be accounted for. But I still would recommend this bag as it’s an excellent product that adapt to the situation as required. I have attached pictures for more details so it’s more clear than what’s provided by Dell or the seller.

Will update on the durability and sturdiness of the bag after using it for a while. Definitely seems the bag is worth the asking price.
