I received the package , opened it , found my brand new legion 5 and was excited to get my hands on it.
I setup the new device , updated its system and started using it.
What happened next blew my mind , after 15 mins of using it the laptop started feeling warm near my right palm on keyboard. After some more time the laptop was at a temperature which should be reached while doing normal tasks like web browsing, watching youtube.
In conclusion The laptop I received had a heating issue and it used to overheat in very normal situations also.
Hence I applied for return in amazon and will go with the Ryzen version instead of intel version next time. Maybe the piece i received was faulty one but I am disappointed with Lenovo.
PS:- This is after 3 Months of above review, I have changed the laptop to AMD Ryzen version .The laptop is same as before just the CPU is of AMD. And Graphics Card is changed to 4060 8GB instead of 4050 6GB.
Honestly It is a very good laptop. The above laptop was having a heating issue because by default the output of display was coming from Graphics Card and not the internal display. Maybe if I would’ve changed the display output earlier i could’ve ended the issue. But still I am happy with my new laptop very much.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a feedback lower than 1 star. This is one of the worst purchase I have ever made. A nice method by a so-called reputed company to deceive customers. The warranty services are equally pathetic.

I had chosen this model after tremendous study. Everything is Best
But there was a Black Screen problem and laptop became non working three times in four days of period due to which I had to return this laptop back to amazon .Return process was very difficult but any how I managed to do it.Thanks Amazon.One Sincere Polite Request to the Seller and to Amazon please Ensure that only Quality products Should Be Supplied to The prime Customers because they Trust Amazon Brand .
