I bought a Lenovo LOQ laptop this September 5 from Amazon. After placing the order I saw some negative comments in reddit. Then thought this could be happening to one or two people. Apparently that was not the case and, now it’s dead. I was playing witcher 3 on it. The performance was very nice at first, slowly I had to reduce the settings. But I was able to play assasins creed Valhalla nicely. So I thought it might be a game problem. Seems it was not the game problem.
Yesterday just after switching on the game it just went off once and after sometime came back on. After few minutes it went off never to turn on again. The charging LED is not blinking even when it’s connected to charger. It’s just 10 days these guys never agree for a refund since I bought it from Amazon.
Amazon is a bunch of crooks and they just wash their hands. Neither do I get a refund Nor do I get a replacement. Now I have to be happy with a part replacement (apparently the motherboard is at fault, which these people don’t have any surety that it won’t be dead again). I talked with the technical support team today and they’re not even sure if the replaced part is gonna work properly or would it be blown off. This is a substandard product. Never buy it. I regret my decision badly.

Amazing laptop . I love it .Good for study and gaming .Battery is good laptop can last 3 hrs at battery saver something 4 to 5 hrs .Full hd 1080 p screen amazing speakers .Smooth keyboard .Love this product 10/10.

After 7 months of using this laptop i recommend nobody to buy the LOQ lineup of laptops as they are known for having very bad motherboard issues. I have had my motherboard completely die on me twice since purchase. I can’t even get my laptop replaced or can I get a refund at this point. All i can do now is buy extended warranty and hope this issue doesn’t occur again. So again, do not buy LOQ laptops. Get the Legion instead of anything else.

Guys don’t take this version have battery drain issue even in Charging. Take only if you are okay with battery drop issue.

Good laptop only negatives – battery backup isn’t strong and sound is very low.
Everything else is superb.

Lenovo Loq with intel HX cpu has battery drop issue .. Lenovo doesn’t wanna fix this issue ..also it has cheap motherboard few people reported motherboard dying issue
