I bought this laptop in April, and within just 20 days, the keyboard stopped working. I called the service toll-free number nearly 10 times. Each time, they just asked me to reset or format the OS, but the problem still persists. The laptop is not working properly even after following all their instructions.
I feel like I’ve wasted my money on this product. It’s the worst purchase I’ve made. No one should buy this laptop. Don’t be misled by the average rating—this product is highly disappointing
