Its barely 3 months since we brought the Prestige Svachh Hob PSVH 04 AI With Toughened Glass Hob.
And today the so called ‘Toughened Glass’ just shattered.
And just like that while boiling milk on the stove, the glass cracked and shattered.
No so tough at all…

Good product, it is very efficient but the igniter is exposed and gets dirty quickly. If the igniter is not cleaned then it will not work. The cast iron stand and brass burners are of low quality

The inbuilt electric lighter does not work properly and it is rather hard to clean. Also the stove is losing its gold colour as we use it more and more.

I thought this was the best value for money product because it had features like auto ignition, lifting burners and knobs on the glass design. But it doesn’t exactly feel that luxurious. The auto ignition keeps having issues and it has a tick sound that’s very annoying. The built quality is very average. Overall I’ll suggest either spend a bit more and buy a more expensive better gas hob or if budget is a thing buy a cheaper one with less features. This is a very average product. And the burner lifting feature is not as great as it looks in Instagram videos.

Due to the construction work we started using after 2months of buying the product
The ignition is not working tried lot of batteries
And one of burner is not working from 1st day of use

I complained to the company but no proper response from them now I lost money on this product looking for other stove
